Artist Statement
“Born and reared in south Louisiana, I got to Texas as fast as I could, arriving in 1964. After selling my business in 1985, I became a rancher. After retiring from ranching in 2000, I became interested in bronze art. While working with bronze, my interest turned to working with silver. I take pride in the fact that people are impressed with my jewelry. It is all handmade, and each piece has its own distinct characteristics. Pieces of my jewelry can be found in the collections of Mrs. Charles Marquart, Mrs. William Pollard, Mrs. Norma Crow, and many others.”
