“Besideth Steel Waters – Component Parts”
“Besideth Steel Waters” will be approximately 156” h x 60” w x 156” d. When finished, it will appear to be a foundry pot pouring molten steel into a mold. The base of the venturi has been removed and will now be used to create the top of the mold and the water reservoir. A 156” h crane will be built and the bowl of the venturi will be lifted and tilted into a pouring position. Water will flow from the bowl into the mold and be illuminated with fiber optics. Fire will be on top of the water making it appear as if the dregs are being burned.
